With over five years of real estate experience, including a background in property management, Sam specializes in helping clients buy and sell homes throughout San Diego. As an investor himself, he owns and manages both short- and long-term rental properties and has extensive knowledge of San Diego's short-term rental regulations. Backed by a team with more than 30 years of combined experience, Sam also connects clients with a trusted network of professionals, from contractors and inspectors to attorneys and accountants.

Originally from Virginia, Sam earned a degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of South Carolina. After teaching English and studying Spanish in Costa Rica, he made San Diego home, where he enjoys surfing, swimming, rock climbing, cooking, and spending time with family.
