Congratulations on getting your offer accepted! At this point, you must be wondering what the next steps are before you move into your new home. Today, I will explain the four things you should expect after your offer is accepted:
- You will receive a welcome email from the escrow team. Natalia, our transaction coordinator, will assist you throughout the process and will take care of document control in the transaction.
- Next, you will receive wiring instructions from the escrow company for your initial deposit. It's crucial to always call and verify important details before paying.
- Once you've verified the information, you can wire the initial deposit through your bank account.
- After the initial deposit is made, I'll schedule the home inspection. If you financed the property, the lenders will begin working on your file and may request an appraisal.
